Carnelian is a natural gemstone and contains inclusions which can be seen once the gemstone is cut and polished. These can appear as lighter coloured marks and is shown in the images. The silver part has a sparkly mirror finish but there may be fine brush marks from the polishing process that are barely noticeable.
